Existing home sales see largest monthly increase in a year

Existing-home sales increased by 9.5% in February, with the median price rising by 5.7%. Sales were strong in the West, South, and Midwest, but declined year-over-year in all regions. Housing inventory also rose, helping to meet demand. Prices went up in all four U.S. regions.
